I have received an incorrect payment default. What should I do?
If you believe that a credit reference agency has incorrect or misleading information registered about you, you can ask the credit reference agency in question to investigate the matter. The company should then investigate the matter as soon as possible and get back to you with its position.
If the incorrect or misleading information has been obtained from the Enforcement Authority's register (Kronofogden), you can also contact the Enforcement Authority in order to apply for correction. If the Enforcement Authority corrects the information, the correction will automatically be sent to the credit reporting agencies.
